The Club Committee.
The club is managed by a group committee which meets monthly to discuss upcoming events and the general running of the club.
We have yearly AGM for all members to attend and we combine this with a social event.

GVEC. Who are we?
We are a group of individuals who are passionate about all vehicles, (commercials, cars, bikes etc.) of all ages.
GVEC. What role will the club / association have?
We organise events and drives for your enjoyment also, weekend drives, evening dinner drives, car shows, weekends away, charity events, supporting car shows organised by third parties and social events.
GVEC. What is the cost for membership of the club?
We have set the membership at £20 per year (+£5 if you require a separate membership card for your spouse or partner). Our aim is to keep memberships subscriptions to a minimum, whilst still offering plenty of activities and regular updates on drives and events.
Why is there a membership fee to Join GVEC?
We believe in doing things the right way and so we have Club Liability Insurance which means that if you attend a Club Run Event you can feel safe in the knowledge the Club has the relevant insurance.
Running a club isn’t free, all of our committee are volunteers but we have fees to pay out in order to keep the club active.
These costs include:
*The running & hiring of Manor Park and all associated Show Costs
*Club Insurance
*Club Storage (For our Various Flags/Banners/Marquees and Show Equipment such as P.A systems and Tombola’s
*Club Advertisement, Website & Membership Administration Costs
The small membership fee we ask of our members goes towards all of the above and more.
We thank everyone who helps keep GVEC more than just a social media page; but a physical entity we can be proud of and be part of.
GVEC. How can I become a member?
Go to the Membership tab and you can pay online for membership.
We prefer online payments to keep our admin costs low where possible.
